With over 25 years of experience, Rav’s career spans several industries.
In the 1990s, after graduating from the University of Warwick with an engineering degree, he worked in engineering and CAD/CAM, digitising the famous Polo sweet design.
The 2000s saw him managing operations for a furniture manufacturer before joining an automotive consultancy and travelling the world, collaborating with Ford and Jaguar Land Rover, and completing an MBA at Loughborough University.
In 2011, Rav established 4Cubed.Co, delivering ERP and transformation services to notable clients like Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Travis Perkins, Brompton Bicycle, the world's leading luxury department store and various SMEs.
Outside of work, Rav enjoys “posh coffee and red wine”.
