Luke is Managing Director of Evetts Legal Ltd in Swansea and is an experienced lawyer specialising in corporate, commercial and employment law.
He started his legal career as in-house counsel for a SME before progressing to be Head of Legal and General Counsel for the same company. He subsequently worked for a law firm dealing with an extremely varied caseload, advising clients on corporate law, employment law, contract law, commercial property and agricultural property law.
Evetts Legal Ltd was found in 2016 by Luke in order to provide commercial legal services with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical sector. Since then, the firm has developed expertise in supporting SME`s across a range of sectors through corporate and commercial law, employment law and intellectual property in addition to the life sciences specialism.
Luke has been involved in a wide range of large-scale, cross-jurisdiction commercial transactions and is typically engaged as external counsel to support SME`s without an in-house legal function. Luke has developed a reputation for providing a quality service and working closely with clients to achieve commercial success.
