He helps business leaders conquer anxiety, stress, and trauma, while unlocking their full potential. With a background in manufacturing and a heart for volunteering, he is dedicated to your wellbeing.
I’ve been in practise for over 15 years in which time I’ve steadily invested in building a high level of skill to bring you the latest in modern approaches to deep personal change. I support business owners or executives who find their path to success blocked due to anxiety, stress or trauma or simply want to achieve more. I build on my own experience from many years in manufacturing so I know what it’s like to deal with myriad timescales and the day to day pressures of running a business.
During my training I’ve experienced several deep changes, especially one where I learned how I could directly influence my health. From my own changes I know how effective the kind of work I can do is. I want other business leaders and professionals to benefit at least as much.
Over the years I have worked as a volunteer at the Maggie’s Centre in Dundee, supporting people with cancer and their careers, where I assisted patients overcome anxiety and related conditions.
Recently I also volunteered with Icarus, a charity devoted to assisting servicing members of HM Forces or veterans with ptsd or mental health concerns. I have also volunteered with Frontline 19, a charity devoted to assisting those in the medical profession or blue light services also dealing with trauma arising from Covid 19.
I’m also a member of the College of Medicine.
