With over 25+ years of working in the energy sector, helping both domestic and commercial customers lower their annual costs, I formed The Consumer Helpline with Lee Watson in 2016 to demonstrate a different level of customer and sales experience for our clients. In 2022 we are now joined by a third managing partner in Depesh Nathwani to continue our growth journey in the BPO industry, directing teams to deliver award winning customer and sales experiences.

I build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and employees alike. Always looking for the nugget of difference to help our clients grow their business and excel in delighting their end customers. I have experience in various commercial and strategic models to help a customer’s journey evolve and profits been seen sooner rather than later. I am proud to have built award winning teams that help our customers with designing, enhancing, building, and then going on to deliver a customer experience that is results driven with a personalised voice.

The Consumer Helpline is a B2B and B2C service provider who work closely with clients to identify unique selling points, which in turn allows us to tailor our approach to protect brand reputations and enhance knowledge. Delivering an organisations product or service to their consumers in the United Kingdom with a shared goal to exceed agreed KPI’s. Customers become part of The Consumer Helpline family, and this approach helps us to maximise performance whilst acting within compliance guidelines.
